Welcome to DesignByThyll! Each piece you find here is a swedish design handmade with love by me. The materials I use in my designs are mostly sterling silver 925, gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal, shell and glass. But sometimes you will find other materials as well. It all depends of what inspires me!
I really hope that you will enjoy shopping here and remember to check back often since I frequently add new pieces of jewelry!
ALL OF MY DESIGNS ARE MADE TO ORDER so it might take 1-3 days before it´s ready to be shipped. Please let me know if you have something in particular in mind or if you would like me to alter a item according to what you´re looking for. I am always willing to change a item, within reason, to suit your individual style needs!
I always try my very best to represent my pieces accurately with info and pictures. Please keep in mind that color may vary from monitor to monitor and whenever dealing with natural materials, there is always some variation in textures and color.
All natural stones have variations from piece to piece and may differ slightly from the ones I´ve photographed in each listing. If you would like to see how your exact piece will look, just send me an convo :-D
The best way to take care of the designs is to not wear them while you are spraying perfume, go swimming or taking a bath or showering or doing you hair with hairspray (put the jewelry on when you´re done!). Also remember that all sterling silver tarnish after a while. To remove it just use quality polish, be careful with the freshwater pearls though. They are a bit sensitive.
I recommend you to keep sterling silver jewelry in a airtight case or bag if not wearing them to slow down the tarnishing process. An anti-tarnish strip within a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish. Don´t keep your silver jewelry in your bathroom. The oxidation process on silver jewelry will speed up because of the humidity and tarnish your jewelry faster.

Shipping
I always ship as fast as I can when you purchase something from me. Usually I can make the jewelry you ordered within 1-3 days. If you custom order something I sometimes need a little extra time to make the jewelry for you before I can ship it :) That may add to the days it takes for you to get the jewelry you ordered. But usually it doesn´t take more than 2-3 extra days as long as I don't have to order materials. That can take longer time.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure that your Etsy shipping address and your PayPal address are the same to avoid shipping delays or other problems. I always ship to the address on your PayPal account unless you would like your package shipped elsewhere. If you do, please write that address in "message to seller" during check-out or send me a convo. DesignByThyll is not responsible for lost items. If you would like the package sent with a tracking number it will be a cost added to the item you wish to buy. Please click on 'special shipping' in the menu to the left in the shop to find that listing.
I will convo you letting you know when your package will be shipped. But if for some reason you haven´t received a convo about it in 3 days after your purchase from me you can either check the shipping status under the 'purchased' link in the top menu or just send me a convo and ask :)

International buyers: if you want the package to be sent with tracking number or an extra speedy delivery, send me aconvo before you make the purchase. That cost will be added to your purchase.
Normally within Europe it usually takes less than a week for a package to arrive. Outside Europe it takes about 2-6 weeks for a package from Sweden to reach overseas (sometimes longer to China or Russia).
IMPORTANT: Once an item has been delivered according to the Post office, DesignByThyll is no longer responsible for the package.
